**Responsibilities**:

- Unleash your creative flair through captivating video editing and custom on-screen graphic animation.
- Image and photo editing through Adobe Creative software.
- Craft video content for clients, aligning seamlessly with brand guidelines and the objectives outlined in creative briefs.
- Engage with clients, keeping them informed about asset status and ensuring timely delivery, all while fostering strong rapport.
- Collaborate with our creative team to relay project objectives and outcomes effectively to clients.
- Cultivate client relationships and provide crucial support to office staff across various tasks.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in video editing software and motion graphics tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative storytelling.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with both clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to manage projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Previous experience in real estate or related industries is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and Impeccable time management.
- Portfolio showcasing your video editing and motion graphic design expertise.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Honours degree with a concentration in design, digital media preferred.

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
