Coastfields Leisure Ltd is one of the largest caravan park operators on the East Coast of Lincolnshire providing quality holiday and leisure facilities with parks located in Mablethorpe, Chapel St Leonards, Ingoldmells and Skegness.

**We are looking to recruit a (preferably experienced) Bookings Administrator/Receptionist for our busy park based at Northshore Holiday Park, Skegness, to assist with various administration duties**

**Full / Part Time
- Seasonal Position.**
- Main duties will include:

- Supporting the Bookings Manager
- Front of house checking in/ out guests.
- Handling large volume of holiday booking calls.
- Dealing with enquiries from Internal and External Customers.
- Reception duties, handling guest queries and answering the telephone.
- Cash Handling and Banking

Previous experience in a similar environment would be a distinct advantage. You will have excellent telephone manner, time management, customer service skills and be computer literate. **Above all you will have a positive outlook and disposition, remain calm under pressure, and be able to work both on your own initiative and within a team** **in a very busy department.**

Working hours to be discussed and will include Weekends and Bank Holidays
