Our Caravan Village has over 625 caravan owners who are enjoying the owner’s lifestyle, allowing them as many weeksor weekends as their time will allow them to enjoy. The purpose of the role: The role is based in our caravan reception and you will be responsible for all aspects of delivering a professional guest experience from the initial check-in to assisting with any queries throughout our guest’s stay. You will be at the forefront of all theaction - answering questions, booking activities and advising owners and guests on how to get the most out of their stay in this varied and rewarding role. The role may also involves cash handling, data inputting and administration of the private sublets. What we are looking for: A passion and understanding for customer service who will be a great ambassador for Butlin"s Previous experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage Experience of working in a team environment and able to demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills An ability to prioritise a demanding workload Other information - This role will include working weekends and covering late shifts - exact hours will be discussed at the interview.
