You will be part of a highly skilled team who look after the provisioning journey for our Wi-Fi and Ethernet customers. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team in Livingston," - Ben Moffat, What you’ll do: - Provide an outstanding delivery of end-to-end provisioning of Wi-Fi and Ethernet orders - Ensure effective and timely communication is maintained with the customer throughout the order delivery process. - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations but also ensuring services/circuits are delivered to tight deadlines - Proactively raise escalations to resolve delivery issues keeping customers advised of any delays - Resolve billing enquiries - Support the wider SBC team with delivery of large-scale deployment roll outs What you’ll bring: - Understanding of B2B telecoms products and services - Experience in using the provisioning tools required to deliver circuits, e.g. Penfold, VMJ - Strong team player with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing workloads and priorities - Excellent communication skills, along with confidence to build relationships with suppliers, customers and internal teams - Knowledge and proficiency of MS Packages, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint - Experience of working within a fast-paced environment The rewards: There’s a reason people can’t stop talking about #LifeAtSky.
