We are looking for a community coordinator to join our team.
You will be a focal point for our members and guests. There to support with everything from a meeting room booking to an IT support request, your role is all about allowing our members to do their best work, whilst you take care of the details of running an office.
No two days will be the same within this role you will find yourself based at reception, involved with hosting building orientations, arranging member events, setting up meeting rooms and taking bookings as well as dealing with any requests our members might have.
Key responsibilities
- Arranging member events, social get togethers, educational speaker events and everything in between
- Welcoming visitors and members
- Dealing with member requests, from meeting room bookings to WIFI set up - you will be the go to person
- Assisting with managing post and deliveries
- Dealing with meeting room bookings, set up and clear downs
- Dealing with membership enquiries
As community coordinator you will work Monday to Friday. Hours of work will vary slightly with some requirement for evening work. This is a salaried, full time role.
