The role will be based in either Jersey or Guernsey and you will assist our amazing Pubs & Inns as well as our Brewery, Distribution and Head Office functions recruit high quality people.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment and onboarding for all General Managers, Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and Assistant Managers.
- Grow a pool of talent that can work with us across our estate.
- Assist with overseas assessments and facilitate the onboarding of talent from various countries.
