We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join the HR Team in the role of HR Advisor.

In this role the successful incumbent will be involved with all aspects of HR, including: business partnering, employee relations, compensation change management. The individual will provide advice, guidance and coaching to people managers in relation to complex multi stranded customers / people enquiries across the spectrum of HR services, driving the right outcomes and solutions that balance the need to protect the Bank and support the individual / group of employees.

**In this role, you will**:

- Understand the business environment and ensure that strategic advice & guidance to business stakeholders, aligns with business aims & goals.
- Act as an escalation point for people managers in the business in relation to employee complaints or service failures.
- Support HR activities and delivery model / case management as defined by the HR Service Catalogue
- Develop and possess a good understanding of local employment law in each country / Island and knowledge of access to expert advice when required.
- Support the Performance & Reward Manager by executing the annual pay review cycle within local businesses, ensuring accurate dissemination of eligibility information, ensuring local regulatory rules are adhered to.

Requirements

**To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years HR experience with a comprehensive understanding of HR
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to influence as well as developing strong and productive relationships with key senior management and colleagues in a complex matrix environment
- Engagement with employee representative groups.
- Ability to influence and drive prioritisation decisions and business change programmes
- Has worked in an agile environment
- Preferably exposure to performance & reward framework.
- Preferably CIPD qualified
