We are looking for Compliance Policy Specialist

You will:

- Advise FxPro management on the applicable rules and regulations under which the business will operate.
- Prepare and maintain all of the policies that the companies in the group require to have in place to demonstrate adequate systems and controls
- Document all company procedures and ensuring any necessary updates are made promptly. This includes maintaining a thorough audit trail of all changes implemented.

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience in a compliance specialist position in financial services, audit or risk.
- Understanding of financial markets, margin trading and execution-only.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Driven and results oriented.
- Able to work independently within a global and multi-cultural company.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
