**Job Purpose**
Straumann group is introducing an end to end workflow solution combining various products and modules from various modalities. The customers are thrilled to change their existing workflow to gain productivity and technical excellence in their restorative treatment journey.
As we launch this solution, we need technical workflow experts locally who can hand hold, project manage and educate individual practice stakeholders to get them started and succeed.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Provides specialized support for enterprise solution deals and design expertise for cross zones customer solution requests
- Develops continuous enabling plan w/ existing & new offerings to enable the zones e.g. solution design workshop, implementation
- Establishes a global guidance and process a unified way of working for software solution project business to avoid Non Conformance Cost
- Builds up knowledge of technologies and market trends to position right portfolio elements
- Mentor, Partner and Enabler of Digital Solution Design and experts in the Zones
- Create guidelines on project management for implementation of 360 workflow in DSO customers
- Create training material for all stages of a customer journey for digital building blocks of a 360 solution
- Provide training to all relevant stakeholders in regions to carry out the operational project technical deployment of 360 solutions
- Be the restorative workflow technical expert for the DSO and non DSO local teams with a customer facing role creation of customized training plans and enriching existing content and making new content
- Work with the Enterprise solutions team to co create scalable 360 solutions specifically designed to DSO needs for technical quality standards, operational efficiency improvements and practice growth.

**Requirements needed**
- Experience in digital dentistry as a implementation expert
- Experience in training dentists
- Great interpersonal skills, written communication skills and a customer centric approach
- Enthusiastic about providing support and service
- Problem Solver mindset
