**Project Coordinator - Inside IR35**

**Contract Term: 3 Months + possible extension.**

**Contracting Authority: Home Office - JSaRC**

**Location: Hybrid - Remote & Cambridge**

The Home Office covers three systems: Homeland Security, Public Safety and Borders, and Immigration and Citizenship. These systems work collaboratively to deliver our cross-cutting priorities, whilst providing increasingly efficient and secure services for the public. These are difficult areas that can rapidly change in the global environment we work in - this makes us one of the most exciting and stimulating government departments in which to work.

**As a **Project Coordinator **your main responsibilities will be**:

- Coordinating the redesign of a multi-functional office / events space & the team move/relocation to this space.
- Working with others to achieve shared outcomes - close & regular liaison with HMG Estates personnel, technology & networking colleagues & suppliers.
- Accurate & timely provision of reporting & status updates to the JSaRC management team.
- Creating, maintaining & reporting accurate records in relation to overall project status - budget / timelines / milestones / dependencies / risks & governance.
- Acting as the main on-site contact point - facilitating supplier site visits as well as access to JSaRC team members & other HMG personnel as required.
- Attending meetings & coordinating tasks across multiple workstreams.

**You’ll have relevant experience of**:

- Demonstrable hands-on project / programme coordination experience within a large organisation.
- Expert stakeholder management & engagement skills.
- Excellent reporting skills & ability to present to senior levels using confident & clear communication.
- MS Office proficiency & MS Project (desirable).
- Experience of working on a transformation project / office move / refurbishment - desirable.
- A qualification in project management - desirable.
- ** CTC Clearance is needed for this role; therefore, you must be eligible and willing to undergo checks.**- Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas._
