More about your role

You will deliver a high-quality Talent Acquisition service to all colleagues, managers and potential recruits. As a member of a small team you will work multiple roles ranging from frontline roles through to senior managers. You will create a sourcing plan with managers and design and implement a recruitment marketing plan (writing a compelling advert, using our employer brand collateral to post on social media). You will then manage the role through to offer, supporting managers and applicants.

The recruitment team have a good reputation across the business, and you will support this by finding the most talented and SPIRITed employees on the market. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues across HR to ensure that we provide a best-in-class experience.

More about you

You will also need superb IT skills, a very good knowledge of Microsoft packages and the ability to pick up new systems is a must - you will be switching between systems from Outlook to Teams to our ATS eArcu and often helping managers and applicants with system queries.

This is a Hybrid Role with two days in our Preston Office and the rest home working and some national travel maybe required
