KEY RESPOSNSIBILITIES:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors and legal teams.
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage and organise client files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Schedule appointments, meetings and court dates; manage calendars effectively.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying and scanning.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
