Do you have a passion for customer service and love being around dogs? The Paw Shed, a boutique dog grooming and retail store, is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Front of House/Receptionist to join our team

**Position**: Front of House/Receptionist
**Hours**: Part-time, 20 hours per week
**Location**: The Paw Shed, 39 Lesbourne Road, Reigate, RH2 7JS
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome clients and their beloved pets into The Paw Shed.
- Manage appointments, schedule grooming services, and maintain an organised booking system.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products and processing transactions.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, inviting, and well-stocked.
- Work closely with groomers to ensure smooth client experiences.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A friendly, outgoing individual with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (experience in a pet-related field is a bonus).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort and familiarity with dogs of all breeds and sizes.
- Basic computer literacy for booking and retail systems.
