Previous optical experience isn’t required for this role, the focus here is to create joy in visionfor our colleagues and customers, working closely with your store manager to create an environment that provides an expert and trusted eyecare experience.

The role of an assistant store manager at Vision Express is to create an environment where we win together, where all our colleagues have a role to play in making our customers feel special. Working closely with your store team you will build a high achieving environment that delivers a great customer experience whilst alsorecognising your team in the moments that matter to them.

About you

Previous optical experience is not needed to join our retail team, however previous experience of managing teams in a customer facing environment, with a passion for creating a personalised experience is preferential.
