Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Assets Assistant to join The Macallan Global Marketing Team reporting to the Global Senior Brand Manager - Campaigns and Media. This role is key to the internal management and delivery of campaign assets, enabling The Macallan’s brand campaigns to be deployed across the world. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a leading luxury brand as part of a dynamic team, with the chance to develop some of the core skills of brand management.
Job Description
- Day-to-day running and administration of the internal digital asset management system, liaise with team members to confirm embargo go-lives for product/campaign launches
- Upload relevant assets for campaigns i.e., JPG or PNG ensuring optimal and correct file naming conventions
- Archiving assets of previous campaigns and product launches
- Identify assets for requests across the Brand and Digital teams i.e., pulling assets from Brand Hub as per request
- Managing The Macallan’s external users on the digital asset storage system
- Supporting external user set-up, support Archivist with Brand Hub clean-up project
- Work with Senior Brand Manager to identify the requisite media assets for effective campaign delivery and collaborate with The Macallan Creative Team to ensure these are developed and delivered in a timely manner
- Work with Senior Brand Manager and Global Post-Production Agency to adapt these assets to the specifications required
- Liaise where necessary, with contacts in local markets to attain local translations and align on feedback and approvals. Manage the delivery of final assets to Global Media Agency, maintaining a tracker charting progress of deliverables along the way
- Support markets who require assets for local campaigns advising them of agency ways of working and Service Level Agreements and connecting them to The Macallan Creative Team if new master assets are required
