Warehouse Administration Clerk

**The Vacancy**

**Baird Group are in exciting times We are opening fantastic new stores across the UK on both the High Street and in Outlet Centres, with iconic brands including Ted Baker, Marc Darcy, and Ben Sherman. **We are making waves in the menswear industry and if that interests you then you’ll want to know that we have an exciting new opportunity as a **Warehouse Administrator** to join our fast-paced team environment, based at our Warehouse in Hartlepool.

As a Warehouse Administration Clerk, you will support all administrative activities on site to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all warehouse administration duties.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Use warehouse management system daily (WMS)
- Perpetual Inventory checks
- Investigating picking/input discrepancies
- Answer stock enquiries from the wider warehouse team and management
- Create packing lists / labels according to customer SOP
- Arranging transport bookings for store/customer deliveries & collection
- Create stock transfers as and when required
- Create supplier delivery receipt notifications (GRNs)
- Liaise with Baird Customer Support team to resolve customer queries
- Support Returns Team with system stock movements
- Update management reports as required
- Perform routine data entry and process related paperwork
- Support other warehouse duties when required

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Maths and English - GCSE or equivalent
- Good experience in an administrative role, ideally using WMS
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Experience of using and maintaining accurate filing systems

**Salary**: From £11,400.00 per year
