About the Role:We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the warehouse team.Responsibilities: Process and maintain accurate stock records and inventory systems Prepare and manage shipping and receiving documentation Scan, file, and maintain accurate records Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries Handle data entry and update warehouse management systems Assist with scheduling and coordinating warehouse activities Managing compliance paperwork Ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsRequirements: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and warehouse software Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesRate £12.60phHours: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm 37.5hrs per weekRole: Immediate start available Temp ongoingBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for gre...
