We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Receptionist for a Corporate Training Centre in Leigh
**Hours**:
**Thursday and Friday plus cover for annual leave and sickness**

**Job Purpose**:
- To provide a 5-star customer service experience to all visitors and staff at a corporate training centre
- Greet visitors/delegates and staff, ensuring all names and details are logged beforehand and recorded in the register system (SAP).
- Allow access via intercom and gate access.
- Check in all delegates with car registrations.
- To always project a professional and positive image to both internal and external customers.
- To ensure that security processes regarding the access of staff and visitors are adhered to.
- To assist with the distribution of incoming post and deliveries, particularly those marked urgent, and notification to relevant person on receipt to reception.
- To provide backup cover for the in periods of absence or sickness.
- To assist with meeting room bookings, ordering refreshments and making tea and coffee, when required.
- Liaise with UU training admin based at Lingley Mere and onsite trainers.
- To provide back-up administration support as and when required.
- To always uphold and promote the good name of EMCOR UK.
- Willing to train towards a SIA License
- Ensure all training rooms or suites are clean and ready for use.
- All training materials are in place.
- All IT equipment is in working order.
- Update and record training registers on Personnel files SAP once training complete.
- Report with the CSM or FM any issues onsite
- Log jobs with UUFM ensure completion within set timescale.
- Assist with any reasonable request from Client, SLT or Line Manager

- Extensive reception experience
- Good switchboard skills
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes
