**Key Account Manager**
We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join our busy team
The Customer Account Manager will ensure that the services provided by SBS perform so in accordance with the relevant agreements and will act as a main point of contact for the designated customer.
**Location**: Bristol (Hybrid Working - 2 days from Bristol Office)
**Salary**: Up to £55k ((dependant on experience)
**Key Account Manager Duties**:
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Create action plans for key accounts
- Provide plans to the delivery teams to align with the customers goals
- Manage customer escalations
- Sales experience as an Account Manager
- Present products to customers
- Identify and pursue existing customer opportunities
- Regular customer forecasting
- Contract renewals
- Customer account reviews
- Work within standard operating procedures for each customer
**Key Account Manager Requirements**:
- Experience in the Finance/Banking and/or automotive industry
- Experience in managing a caseload of high profile clients with proven sales outcomes
- They need to have experience in liaising with senior level people and experience in Sales as an Account Manager
- Need to be able to commute to Bristol office twice a week so ideally living in or around Bristol
- Demonstrably capable of managing complex processes and converting new opportunities
- Experience of managing software contracts ideally within financial services customers
- Knowledge of the retail financial services and/or the asset finance/car finance market and an understanding of the solutions that address this market.
