They must be dedicated, punctual, and hard working. Professional conduct must be engaged at all times to present a positive image of the Preschool and the wider company.

**Post holder must hold the following certificates**:

- Early Years Educator Level 3 certificate (min)
- Certificate in Safeguarding/Child Protection
- Certificate in Prevent & British Values
- Certificate in (12 hour) Paediatric 1st Aid
- Certificate in Food Hygiene (Level 2 minimum)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To support each child in their preparation for Primary School.
- To assist the management team in the delivery of the EYFS to all children within the Preschool via the setting's curriculum.
- To plan and prepare activities for the children within the setting.
- To record each child’s learning journey on the Preschool Management System (Tapestry).
- To form strong parent partnerships.
- To be open and flexible in their approach to learn, showing ability to adapt to meet the needs of each child and the organisation.
- To ensure that the Preschool’s Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times.
- This list is not exhaustive. The post holder may be required to carry out additional tasks as required by the Preschool Owner._

**Hours**:
Fixed Work Hours.

Term Time Only.

08:45-15:15

Monday to Friday = 30 hours per week

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
