Requirements: - Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (Level 2 can also b considered) - Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting. - Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
