**Job Purpose**:
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Training Administrator to support our training plan within the Learning and Development Team. This role will involve coordinating and managing training activities, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth running of training programs for staff across the organisation. The role will have a strong focus on promoting self-development via Open Future Learning courses and the SSSC Continuous Learning framework.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support new employees with induction and mandatory training requirements
- Support staff to meet their SSSC registration requirements
- Maintain accurate training records & databases
- Assist in the preparation of training materials, attendance records and certificates
- Act as the first point of contact for training-related inquiries from staff
- Generate reports for managers on training completion and outstanding requirements.
- Communicate training opportunities to the wider workforce
- Promote self-development via Open Future Learning/ SSSC Continuous Learning Framework
- Support the Learning & Development team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,592.00 per year
