As a Senior Account Executive at Campfire, you'll support higher-tier clients and sometimes manage smaller accounts independently. This role is a step up from the Account Executive, involving more responsibility and direct client interaction. This role will require you to work within a client centric team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven environment.

As a Senior Account Executive, you should demonstrate a higher level of independence and decision-making. Strong communication skills, both with clients and within the team, are essential. Your approach should be proactive, seeking opportunities to improve client satisfaction and team efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Advanced Support and Client Handling**:

- Provide advanced support to Account Managers or Associate Account Directors on high-importance client accounts.
- Independently manage smaller, lower-tier client accounts, overseeing all aspects of client service.
- Competently taking a brief from a client, reviewing the requirements, briefing the teams to provide a solution which suits the clients requirements.

**Communication and Client Relationship Building**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively, proactively and promptly with clients, demonstrating professionalism and expertise.

**Coordination and Reporting**:

- Coordinate projects, campaigns and retained work, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
- Prepare and deliver detailed client reports, providing insights and recommendations.

**Collaboration and Team Contribution**:

- Contribute to the learning and development of junior team members.
- Work collaboratively with the team, sharing knowledge and best practices.

**Problem Solving**:

- Having a solution focused mindset when it comes to client issues.
- Actively listening to the clients objectives and providing a solution which bests suits their strategy.

- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, whether in house or agency side.
- Genuine passion for relationship building and client management.
- Strong knowledge of social media and influencer marketing.
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
