We are a specialist Mental Health Solicitors Practice based in Hoylake looking to recruit a full time Admin Assistant.
The role will include;
- General administration - filing, scanning
- Covering reception - answering the telephone, taking and relaying messages, daily post
- Updating of records via the Case Management system
- Audio Typing and dictations
- Providing cover for the MHT Department
- Assist with the smooth running of the practice by providing admin support.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
Previous reception and administration experience would be desirable and prior legal experience would be advantageous. You must be professional, friendly and compassionate and have a desire to work in mental health law.
Great entry level role for law graduates.
Must have excellent communication skills, be well organised and a team player.

**Salary**: £17,500.00-£18,500.00 per year
