Responsibilities as a Sales Manager within the office include:
Canvassing for business and increasing local market share
Valuing and instructing properties to the market
Overseeing the Sales department

Working closely with the directors to develop and grow the business, there is realistic progression available for the right person.

**Package & Benefits**

Basic Salary of £30,000 with a motivating uncapped commission structure to provide OTE in the region of £60,000.
