Location: Welwyn Garden City
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working available after induction and training completed.

Our long-standing client are seeking a HR Advisor to join their growing head office in Welwyn Garden City.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- CIPD or degree qualified
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Understanding of HR best practices
- Experience with the recruitment life cycle
- Able to carry out compliance checks and right to work

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide full HR support for the team
- Managing employee relation issues and delegating a case load to HR team
- Responsible for disciplinary, grievance and redundancy processes
- Monitor sickness and facilitating proactive approach to absence management
- Ensuring accurate employee records are maintained
- Manage recruitment and selection process
- Liaising with recruitment agencies and arranging interviews
- Reviewing current policies and procedures
- Sending out job offers and organising start dates
- Ensure managers are having review meetings with staff
