The HR Co-Ordinator will join a busy engaged team, supporting the HR Advisors and the wider HR Team to support managers across HUC. This role will assist in the ongoing development and provision of an effective and efficient Operational HR service ensuringa high standard of customer service is provided.

The role holder will act as one of the first points of contact for all HR queries, escalating second line queries to the relevant HR Advisors or HR Business Partners.

**Principle Responsibilities will Include**:
Service Delivery
- To build and maintain good and effective working relationships, confidence and trust with people managers to promote HR best practice.
- To support the HR Advisors and HR Business Partners in managing the whole employee lifecycle process for relevant service area.
- Liaising with the external compliance organisations to ensure the timely completion of all onboarding compliance checks in the relevant service area and ensuring that the maintenance of these checks is up to date, referring any expiring checks to the relevantHR Business Partner and Line Manager.
- Generalist HR Administration
- Maintaining and updating electronic employee files and employee data, ensuring accurate and efficient filing in line with GDPR.
- Work closely with the payroll function ensuring the correct information is provided quickly and accurately.
- Make suggestion for improvement to HR colleagues and implement changes as required.
- Support HR Advisors and HRBPs with employee relations meetings, including note taking at investigations/disciplinary meetings as and when required.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely onboarding of new joiners.
- Support in the conducting of confidential exit and stay interviews as appropriate

**HR Systems and Data Administration**
- Maintaining and developing knowledge of the HR System.
- To report on the professional registration, patient facing immunisations and DBS renewal process to ensure compliance is at a satisfactory level.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the HR System by ensuring information is updated in a timely manner.
- Assist with the producing of ad hoc and monthly reports for the HR Business Partners and Leadership Team.
- Collaborate with the Communications Team to ensure that the HR area of intranet is maintained and up to date with any changes.
- Any other task as required in line with the need of the business.

**Training and Development**:
Full training will be given to support the development of this role this will include an apprenticeship

Participation in HUC’s performance review and appraisal process

Compliance with mandatory and statutory training requirements
