CK Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join a diagnostics company at their site in Goddards Green near Burgess Hill, West Sussex on a contract basis for 12 months.
**Hourly rate**:
£14.00phr PAYE
**Customer Service Specialist Role**:

- To handle and resolve customer enquiries relating to stock, orders/invoices, deliveries and returns requests, in a professional, timely and responsive manner (inc. liaising with carriers and alternative customer sites to locate appropriate stock when necessary).
- To manage stock reservation for designated accounts/customer/business unit to meet the objectives of the business regarding inventory management.
- To develop and maintain a good working relationship with both internal and external customers and colleagues. This is likely to include occasional visits to customers.
- In respect of Case Handling, to log all Customer, Partner and Wholesaler Technical enquiries and orders, within SLA, onto company systems in-line with the company Technical support and ordering process.

**Your Background**:

- Ability to challenge effectively and prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal with strong stakeholder management skills, proven ability to build successful relationships at all levels
- Strong organisational skills and an innate attention to detail as well as excellent problem solving & analytical skills with the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Previous experience managing a customer contact centre.
