A market leading FinTech software development firm who deliver cutting edge software products to the banking and payments sector, are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join the customer facing technical support practice on a permanentbasis.

Some of the **core responsibility areas** an Application Support Engineer would be involved in include:

- Application and client infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Docker/Kubernetes) incident triage and remediation
- Application/product packaging, testing, and release management utilising CI/CD automation
- Supporting clients with 3rd and 4th line technical support, as well as facilitating product change requests, updates, and ongoing user acceptance testing

**Application Support Engineer - Required Skills and Experience**:

- Cloud and containerised/microservice infrastructure support experience, ideally including AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
- Application implementation and/or release management experience, ideally utilising CI/CD automation

**Experience with the following would be beneficial but not required**:

- Cloud and microservices infrastructure systems administration and deployment
- CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code automation - Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Terraform and similar
