**About the Role**:
As a Victim Help Caseworker you will be:

- You will be responsible for the implementation and co-ordination of peer support groups for victims of crime across North Wales.
- Peer support involves a facilitator led group being empowered to share their experiences with other victims who have experienced a similar crime.
- You will also lead on engagement with victims through 1-2-1 consultations to capture their views on matters relating to support and the Criminal Justice System, as well as increasing engagement on the North Wales Victims Panel run by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner.
