**About us**

FEN UK have been established for over 30 years and supply high performance woodworking machinery to the furniture manufacturing industry, as part of this service we support our products with preventative servicing packages and support to our clients throughout the life of our products to the best of our ability.

We now have an opportunity to join our growing team as a Customer Service Administrator, working closely with the Parts Manager to develop and drive the department to deliver excellent customer service to all our clients.

The role is a varied and rewarding as you will drive the servicing and repair activities on behalf of the customer, building on current processes to drive further efficiencies and improve our already excellent reputation for quality.

With Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and the confidence to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels. Focussed on always providing exceptional levels of customer service and assisting customers, when necessary, with identifying parts from descriptions and/or diagrams
- Computer literate with outstanding attention to detail
- Microsoft Office experience
- Provide exceptional customer service skills and focus
- Effectively communicate with customers and manage their expectations
- Produce quotations for customers to a high level of accuracy.
- Professional telephone manner
- Proactive complaint handling
- Providing reports for Customers upon work completion.
- Assisting internal and external customers with servicing and parts queries
- Data entry into internal systems
- Working closely with the Engineering Team
- Can do attitude Ideally you will have experience of working in a busy administrative environment.
- Previous experience working in the commercial parts/engineering administration preferred but not essential.
- Preferable -NVQ, BTEC or similar qualification in Business Administration
- 2 years’ experience in a service administration role is preferred

The company offers an excellent working environment, 08.30 - 17.00 Mon - Fri

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
