**What You'll Be Doing...**

As a Content Producer, you'll be responsible for:

- **Create Engaging Content**:Writing and producing high-quality content across multiple channels, constantly pushing the boundaries of traditional and digital media ensuring accuracy and credibility of information.
- **Content Strategy**:Planning, creating, and executing C3’s content strategy. Leading broader marketing efforts to expand our audience and strengthen our brand presence.
- **Editorial Oversight**:Ensuring all content meets the highest editorial standards and aligns with brand aesthetics and identity. Planning and moderating interactive content formats like podcasts and video.
- **Lead Creative Exploration**:Enjoy unparalleled freedom to experiment and innovate with content formats. Whether it's through written pieces, audio content, or entirely new platforms, your creativity will drive our brand forward.
- **Engage with Thought Leaders**:Have the exciting opportunity to interact with fascinating personalities, thought leaders, and influencers, bringing diverse insights and stories to our audience.
- **Resource Management**:Budgeting and commissioning freelance content to support the company’s content needs.
- **Performance Analysis**:Driving continuous improvement in our communications strategies across all platforms and analysing content performance to optimise engagement.
- **Optimise and Expand**:Utilise your strategic mindset to not only track and analyse the performance of your content but to also evolve and adapt strategies to maximise engagement.

**Your Experience...**
- 2-3 years of experience in content-related/editorial work.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and collaborators.
- Skilled in writing, fact-checking, editing short and medium-form articles, following style guides, giving feedback, attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient with content management systems and website design platforms.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Experience with SEO and analytics tools.
