Our recently reopened tech reapir centre needs some extra help. We are hiring one customer service assistant to book in jobs during our customer drop of times of 10am-2pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and product information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate financial services
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
