To support as a change agent and a strategic partner to the Retail Operations team. You will be field based supporting the South division. You should be confident and comfortable working at an operational level to deliver the people plan. You must be people focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in this role, and experience of nurturing a collaborative relationship with the operations team will be key to your success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Business partner the Head of Retail and Divisional Managers to support operational excellence
- Partner with business leaders and execute long and short term people strategies that directly support and enable business objectives and the delivery of the wider business strategy
- Create an inclusive work environment in line with our culture.
- Champion the ED&I agenda across your business area
- Provide coaching to the operations team for initiatives and plans related to succession planning, career path development and performance management.
- Be a champion for organisational change and manage change initiatives with mínimal operational risk to the business.
- Provide coaching guidance and support to management across a range of ER issues managing any complex cases to mitigate risk to the business.
- Coach, upskill and guideline managers to deal with their own people issues.
- Drive employee engagement on site, identifying any specific site issues and come up with creative solutions.
- Analyse people data to identify trends that can drive positive organisational culture.
- This list is not extensive, and you will be expected to fulfil additional responsibilities as per business requirements.

**About you**:

- Proven track record at HR Business Partner level, or Senior HR Advisor looking for a step up
- Proven experience working on strategic people plans.
- CIPD qualified.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Able to work autonomously and come up with creative solutions.
- Confidence and ability to challenge, initiate and manage change.
- Has the ability to prioritise and work under own initiative.
- A full UK driving license, with no more than 6 points
