Parcelshop Group Relationship Manager

Ready to take ownership of one of the most high-impact portfolios in final-mile delivery? EVRi's ParcelShop network is growing fast and we're looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven manager to lead and elevate our ParcelShop partner ecosystem.
This is a role with genuine autonomy, big commercial influence, and the chance to shape the parcel experience for some of the UK's biggest retail names. As our ParcelShop Group Relationship Manager, you'll be the key link between EVRi and our ParcelShop partners - ensuring exceptional service, driving commercial performance, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

- Own the day-to-day relationships with ParcelShop partners, becoming their go-to expert and trusted commercial advisor.
- Drive performance and compliance, ensuring every location delivers a consistently brilliant customer experience.
- Analyse performance data to track KPIs, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans with each partner group.
- Spot and secure new ParcelShop opportunities within existing partner networks, supporting our national expansion.
- Identify and build a pipeline of new strategic partners, using market insight to grow the EVRi ParcelShop estate.
- Upsell EVRi services, ensuring every partner maximises our full suite of ParcelShop offerings.
- Support contract negotiations for both new and renewing partners.
- Provide clear, timely reporting on partner performance and your ongoing actions to the Network Manager.
- Manage your schedule effectively to balance service, sales, and relationship-building across the UK.

- Experience in a retail or commercial account management role, ideally field based.
- Strong relationship management skills - able to engage, influence and motivate partners at all levels.
- A proven track record of improving performance, adding commercial value and hitting sales targets.
- Confidence analysing data and using insights to drive action.
- Strong communication and presentation skills - articulate, professional, and persuasive.
- High self-motivation, independence, and the ability to think commercially and creatively.
