**Ocean Healthcare** are looking for an experienced **Healthcare Assistant** to support a gentleman with his mobility following an operation. He is verbal and mobile with support. He enjoys exercise, yoga, meditation, swimming and walking on the beach. He lives in a lovely calm home with his partner and dog. There is on-street parking at the home.

**You will be working 1:1**

**You need to be an experienced carer.** It is not essential that you have specific experience working with complex needs as you will get all the training you need. You will be trained and supported by our outstanding team of specialists and nurses. This will involve training and shadowing until one of our nurses is happy to sign you off as competent. **Training is paid for.**

**Pay Rates**:

- **£13.50 p/hr Monday - Friday**:

- **£16.05 p/hr Saturday - Sunday**:

- **£19.05 p/hr Bank Holidays**

**Shifts**:
**8am - 8pm, 7 Days Per Week Available**

It's vital that we have staff consistency and so you will be required to pick up a minimum number of shifts. You will be able to pick up more shifts each week if you would like to. Weekday shifts and Weekend shifts are available. Flexibility would be appreciated, but we are willing to consider your personal circumstances if there are days/times you are unable to work.

**Full mileage paid from home to this location in Ilfracombe up to a maximum of 20 miles each way.**
