Payroll Administrator

Are you an experienced payroll individual looking for your next step in your career? Our client based in Doncaster are looking to hire a payroll administrator to join their busy, growing business. You will provide as professional, high quality, timely, customerfocussed HRSS transactional service to key stakeholders & internal & external customers.
**To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a payroll position
- Strong MS Office knowledge, particularly MS Excel
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
**Within this position, you’ll also be**:
- Day to day provision of payroll services
- Maintaining employee pay information
- Answering payroll queries & resolving problems
- Managing an appropriate workload ensuring that all work is dealt with in a timely & accurate manner
- Taking ownership of any query/issues raised seeing it through to resolution
- Administration of the company flexible benefits deductions
- Administration of the company pension schemes & AVCs
- Recording & monitoring of Statutory sick pay, statutory maternity & paternity pay
- Processing of voluntary deductions
- Administration of the P11d reporting of the company benefits
- Producing correspondence & reports to internal customers & third parties
- Performing any necessary internal checks or audits on data
- Working within & maintaining payroll KPIs & reviewing processes to ensure activites are carried out in the most efficient way
- Maintaining confidentiality in all matters
- Supporting areas of the business on a wider range of transactional payroll activities
- Carrying out other ad hoc duties as required
**Salary & Working Hours**
Salary is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependant on experience
Working hours are Monday - Friday
