**Role - Service Desk Analyst**

**Location - Hybrid/Nottingham**

**Salary - Up to £25,000 based on experience**

**The Company**
Our client is one of Europe's leading ecommerce businesses in their industry. They work with a wide variety of industries and cover a lot of the UK's events. They are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their ever-expanding team.

They are based in Nottingham's bustling city center and are located near several public transport links.

**The Role**

You will be joining a bustling team of professionals and providing 1st and 2nd Line Support. The role includes working with colleagues, and clients on occasion, to iron out the creases that sometimes appear in the systems required for users to do their jobs.You will deal with these issues by phone, messaging systems and face to face. You will also be undertaking routine checks and updates to prevent problems before they happen.

The expectation for the role is to commute to the company's Nottingham Office 3 days a week. The role is flexible for the remaining 2 days remote working. The company value their employees and realise how valuable work-life balance is.

**Role Requirements**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- General IT Skills
- Experience with Windows 10 and/or 11
- Attention to Detail
- Problem-Solving

**Desirables (not essential) skills**
- Administering Active Directory
- Office 365 / Microsoft 365
- Basic networking
- Use of management tools such as Intune
