Overview of the role:
To support the Resourcing & Talent team in delivering an effective and expert in-house recruitment service to hiring managers across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working closely with the Resourcing & Talent Manager and Resourcing & Talent Business Partner to support the recruitment of permanent, fixed term and temporary vacancies across two sites, as well as home-based positions.
- This includes a variety of coordination and administrative responsibilities throughout the recruitment process including but not limited to recruitment advertising, interview scheduling and other supporting administrative tasks.
- Owning and responding to queries in the careers mailbox
- Administering the recruitment applicant tracking system (eArcu)
- Producing and owning the required recruitment documentation
- Attending and coordinating the assessment centres
- Raising supplier purchase orders

What we are looking for:

- Professional experience in a recruitment administration or coordination role
- In-house or agency recruitment experience
- Experience of administration within a recruitment or HR environment
- Experience of influencing, advising and working in partnership with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent IT skills, including experience of using applicant tracking systems (preferably eArcu) & Microsoft 365
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under time pressure
- Ability to work autonomously post appropriate guidance and/or instruction
- Any experience of early careers recruitment would be beneficial (Apprenticeships in particular)
