On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator (Inside IR35) until 19th December 2025 contract based REMOTELY or HYBRID 1 day in London.

The work really matters; the MOD offers a range of engaging roles which have a direct impact on the quality of services they provide, in many locations across the UK. We support teams working in HR, Primary Health Care, Corporate Services, and many others.
As a Recruitment Co-Ordinator, your main responsibilities will be:

- Support recruitment activity, ensuring campaigns are well-managed and aligned with Civil Service and MOD policies.
- Update the recruitment plan, tracking progress and escalating risks where appropriate.
- Provide advice to hiring managers on employment options including loans and fixed-term appointments.
- Collaborate with the EO in the Planning Team to ensure new joiners receive a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR trackers and workforce data.
- Develop existing onboarding materials.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners and the SEO Planning Officer to understand workforce requirements and respond to evolving programme needs.
- Support wider activity and initiatives as required.

**Essential**:

- Experience in a recruitment or HR-focused role, within the Civil Service.
- Understanding of Civil Service employment routes and recruitment policy.
- Experience using recruitment systems or the confidence to quickly learn new digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, working at pace while maintaining accuracy and an organised approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and grades.

**Desirable**:

- Experience managing recruitment across multiple locations or large-scale campaigns.
- Experience working in a programme delivery environment.
- Relevant HR qualifications (e.g. CIPD)
