We are looking for **Band 6 CPNs **to work for at least 3 months in Essex working within the West Home First Team.

The pay rate for this **Band 6 CPNs **role** **is up to £24 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.

Shift pattern: 3 x 12 hour shifts each week, 8am - 9pm

Address: West Home First, The Derwent Centre, Princess Alexandra Hospital, Hamstel Road, Harlow, Essex, CM20 1QX

Job description: Staff should expect to conduct urgent assessments, develop and agree collaborative care plans, including robust risk planning and deliver a range of brief interventions based upon individual service user needs for clients presenting in mental health crisis. Assessments and interventions can take place in patient’s homes, team bases, hospital and other community settings; so car driver required.
