Head of Digital Acquisition

A rapidly growing financial services provider is seeking a Head of Digital Acquisition to design and deliver the digital acquisition strategy for the group.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design strategy, targets and budgets to maximise customer acquisition
- Grow and optimise digital acquisition through digital channels
- Build new acquisition and lead generation channels, setting a robust test and learn agenda
- Manage and create a high delivery team to deliver against growth plans
- Lead on overall Digital Strategy including new tools required to automate marketing efficiency
- Development of digital marketing tools and strategies to support our businesses
- Lead integrated digital marketing strategy with content/delivery
- Devise and implement targeted, timely customer acquisition programs that will increase lead generation, account opening and first trade, ultimately resulting in improved metrics
- Use creative and innovative ways to attract new customers
- Create successful referral programmes
- Improve and optimise web conversion and organic leads
**Requirements**:
- Experience in digital marketing, with leadership experience running digital teams both internally and externally ideally from a B2C regulated market ideally financial services
- Highly numerically literate, with a deep knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Proven success in developing and running traffic management strategies, defining the roles of SEO and PPC (among others) to deliver transformational gains in performance
- A talented individual who is both creative and technically astute
- Experience in driving marketing campaigns for every stage of the funnel
- History and proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Demonstrable experience in building and executing marketing strategies in accordance with lead generation plans
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, along with superb attention to detail
- UK experience essential
