We are recruiting EXCLUSIVELY for our global manufacturing client as they look to increase their customer services team adding two new additions to their already busy division.

Your new role with our client will involve the handling of all incoming enquiries regarding the full product range manufactured and offer advice on suitable products, product alternatives as well as discuss new development requests with Sister Companies and Customers.

You will also receive full training on how to provide technical information on Hi-Tech and general product ranges to customers.

As part of your role you will offer sales support to UK Sales Team and International Sister Companies for range of all Products manufacturing and assembled on site.
You will work closely with the Planning Department to register new items, schedule orders and ensure materials are available.
Order processing and management of the orders from input to despatch. Liaising with the UK Production Team for the supply chain of products as well as the Logistics Department to ensure on time deliveries.

**Previous Experience**

Ideally you will have a background in delivering excellent customer services, managing customer relations and proving exceptional service - manufacturing or distribution would be highly advantageous
