**Manchester City Centre - 3 days in, 2 days from home**
**Salary up to £25k plus bonus**

As the new Affiliates & Partnerships Executive, you will be working across both the Advertiser and Publisher space to grow the Affiliate acquisition channel and internal platforms. You will be working across core brands predominantly focussing on B2C withthe opportunity for this to expand across B2B.Your key responsibilities will involve managing key partner relationships which are predominantly run through the AWIN network, and a big focus will be planning, identifying, and reaching out to new partnerswhere you think businesses proposition will resonate strongly. This will involve understanding their audience and getting under the skin of their business to uncover new opportunities.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Partnership management either direct or via affiliate networks (predominantly AWIN). This will involve having a deep understand of our competitors to ensure we are one step ahead.
- Accountable for the daily management, maintenance & reporting of on-going campaigns.
- Plan, negotiate and deliver tenancy & CPA agreements with affiliate partners to drive both new customer acquisition & revenue.
- Be a brand ambassador. Showcasing the Group to prospective partners with the view to creating bespoke campaigns and opportunities across the brands.
- Maintain existing partner relationships whilst identifying new opportunities as to how they can work Manage budgets and make recommendations as to how this should be spent.
- Work with the wider business to analyse campaign performance and identify new opportunities to improve via a test and learn approach (CRM, campaign planning, data, performance, commercial).
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and B2B teams to ensure alignment and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
- Reporting and forecasting on daily, weekly, and monthly performance against KPIs.
- Attend events and conferences to seek new partnerships.
- Remain on the pulse and up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends
**Your skills & experience**:
- The Affiliate Manager would be happy to speak to Marketing Graduates, with no direct experience in working with Affiliates or an existing Affiliate Executive with 3-12 months experience
- Confidence to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Driven and results orientated.
- Outstanding presentation and influencing skills, excellent commercial acumen with a “get up and go” attitude.
- Has a creative flair and an ability to think outside the box.
