**What to expect as a Move Manager at Ipswich**:

**What you need to bring to the table** Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process

**As a Sales Progressor, we would expect you to;** be able to pick up client relationships, to manage multiple cases at one time and effectively communicate with and update your key stakeholders within the home buying processto ensure a smooth completion

**What’s on offer to you** Basic annual salary ranging between £17,500 to £22,000, _dependent on your experience_
- Move Manager Scheme - Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a % of the pipeline:
78% - £250, 84% - £500, 90% - £850
