**Fleet Sales Administrator - JCB Volkswagen Ashford**:

**Job Introduction**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Fleet department, based at our Volkswagen Ashford Branch. We are currently recruiting for an Administrator who will play a key part in our Corporate Fleet business.

This could be a Full or Part time role depending on applicant suitability

The Role:

- Updating 3rd parties on the status of their vehicle orders on both internal and external systems
- Ordering vehicles in the manufacture systems. Monitoring the vehicle movements/production, invoice and taxing.
- Supporting and working closely with the Fleet Manager and Business Development team in placing customer orders, tracking progress, and arranging new vehicle deliveries.
- Organising, prioritising, and meeting tight deadlines.

In this position exceptional interpersonal, organisational and customer service skills are essential. Whilst knowledge of a Fleet and Leasing environment would be preferred, enthusiasm and the determination to succeed are more important than previous fleet experience.

The person we are looking for will have a confident & outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to successfully liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally. In addition, you will get a real buzz working in a Sales Environment and thrive on meeting deadlines and targets.
