**Sports Graphic Designer**

**Salary**: Competitive

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Based from Sutton Coldfield with Option to Work Hybrid (Minimum 40% Office Based)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. (occasional weekend, evening, and/or bank holiday work may be required)
- Our client, a renowned organisation in their industry, is seeking a Sports Graphic Designer who will be part of their Media team, reporting to the Head of Communications. Working collaboratively across the organisation, the Sports Graphic Designer will deliver a wide range of digital and print assets, ensuring the effective promotion of the brand, activities, and members._

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce quality, impactful designs/content via various communications channels
- Edit photographs, assets, and videos as appropriate
- Encourage creativity to improve appeal to diverse targeted audiences
- Act as brand guardian to ensure consistent and correct use of the brand
- Generate ideas to portray concepts effectively
- Continually review effectiveness and stay updated with the latest design, technology, and trends
- Liaise with external providers while collaborating internally to develop briefs supporting organisational wide workstreams.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
- Experience with print-ready artwork, social media, and digital creativity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of the business
- Passion, enthusiasm for design, creative flair, and a flexible approach
- Strong communication skills to build internal and external relationships.
