In line with our continued growth at Benefex, we are excited to announce a brand new role that we are recruiting. The newly created VP of Sales, UK and Ireland will be reporting to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. This role collaborates with the Executive and Senior Management Team to maximise sales growth, focused on UK and Ireland opportunities. This role will be the driving force behind the go to market activities across the range of experiences and services available to our UK and Ireland customers. These experiences and services cover: Employee Benefits, Culture and Recognition, as well as Wellbeing. In line with our strategic priorities you will be expected to own: - Development and delivery of the sales strategy and execution, including owning the UK and Ireland sales pipeline, developing a pricing and marketing strategy and becoming the key evangelist for the proposition. - Lead, define and execute the sales strategy including managing the development of the go to market proposition for all new product releases including strategic marketing plans with a passionate focus on the sales pipeline. - Build, lead and develop your incredible sales team by reinforcing the team culture, management and development You must have significant commercial and sales experience from SMB (
