As a Prime Waking Watch Supervisor and a representative of the company, you will be expected to lead from the front at all times. Whilst on duty you will be in full, clean Prime uniform to set a great example to fellow Prime staff.

As a senior member of the team you will be expected to be courteous and professional at all times when dealing with employees of the company and our highly valued clients.

You will be expected to gain a sound working knowledge of all sites on a national basis. Training will be given to help the transition period. This will assist and contribute during a working shift to help and advise employees during an incident and enable you to instruct along with control in the general good running of all Prime sites.

To support the Waking Watch Manager in the day to day running of the department and sites. Duties of the role will include:
1. Setting up new Waking Watch Sites

2. Inductions of Officers on site

3. Training of Officers for the role

4. Conducting Site visits and inspections

5. Conducting patrols and assessment of officers

6. Meet with service providers on site

7. Flexible working nights and weekends

8. Investigate issues and complaints on sites.

9. Create assignment instructions

The role of Waking Watch Supervisor suits a person with excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritise a busy work schedule and be flexible in their availability. They should have some previous experience in Waking Watch and fire safety

The Waking Watch Supervisor will provide reports and feedback to the Waking Watch Manager. For site and officers’ performance and escalate any issues.

The Waking Watch Supervisor needs to be professional and respectful in all forms of communication and will be required to speak with Clients, officers, and the members of the public.

- Fire Safety: 2 years (required)
- Waking Watch: 2 years (preferred)

- Fire Safety Award (required)

Shift availability:

- Day shift (preferred)
- Night shift (preferred)
- Overnight shift (preferred)
