**About The Role**:
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge within a growing organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives? If so, read on.
As an Administrator, you will be providing an effective administrative service for the Development team. The Development department delivers an ambitious programme of new affordable housing provision.
You will be the first point of contact for the service, dealing with all enquiries in a timely manner and coordinating between various departments. On a day to day basis, you will be processing purchase orders and invoices for payment. You will support the organisation of meetings, attending and taking minutes when required and distributing agendas. You will arrange scheme review visits with colleagues, consultants, and customers and ensure records are kept up to date in line with our procedures.
Excellent customer service is an an essential skill for this role, as you will be dealing with and supporting people both externally and internally.
This role is being offered on a
**part time**,
** permanent **basis as part of a
**Monday to Wednesday** and this role will be based in our
**Exeter **office with a hybrid working style as an option.
